Our table had the chicken n waffles, biscuits, grits and tots. Everything was surprisingly delicious!!! Bloody Mary was meh.
There are two ratings when it comes to airport food. The first is how does it rate against other airport food (which is usually mediocre) and how it compares as a stand alone restaurant. Fortunately for Chicken & Beer it stands up in both categories. As airport food it is top of the mark, with good service, tasty food (especially the Mac & Cheese) and reasonable prices. It is small with limited but comfortable seating and a clean feel. This is a must stop if you are going to eat at the Atlanta airport
Best chicken sandwhich I've had at an airport. Service was quick! Loved that they gave a warm wet towel after the meal to clean off with. Next time I'm at the Atlanta airport, I'll come back here.
I love C&B! My favorite dish is the grilled and blackened catfish, red beans and rice, and collards. I have also had their tots and they are also wonderful. Always excellent, and they always adapt to my food allergies (dairy, gluten). So good - and my most recent server Rim (reem) was wonderful!! I cannot recommend C&B enough!!
I have eaten here 3 times. Service is mixed. Once it was awesome, once terrible and once OK. All 3 visits at bar. Awesome and terrible visits I was almost alone in the Restaurant. Middling visit was a little busy, I had to hockey for a seat. It is pleasant enough inside for an airport. Chicken and waffles were top notch. Other food was OK. Pricing typical for ATL. I will return when I'm in that terminal ( and I'm out of sky club visits)
Best airport food I've ever had. A bit pricey but worth the cost because this meal just hits the spot. Idk how or why Ludacris got into the chicken business, but I hope he never quits! Get the chicken and waffles, dark meat preferred!
So how am I supposed to just go on living my life knowing that this spicy chicken sandwich exists? Like do I just move to Atlanta now? Do I book all my flights on delta to have layovers in ATL for this sandwich? Sandwich was delicious. And service was great. I'm used to airport waitstaff being mid at best but the man that served us (he showed off his merch that he makes, I don't remember his name ) was absolutely great.
